three clove garlic,

2 teaspoon fish sauce 30 ml
1 teaspoon soya sauce 15 ml
1 teaspoon lime juice 15 ml
- 4 cup cooked white rice 850 ml
- 3 green onions

it is very easy way to cook only follow my instruction carefully. if you get any difficulty then please read my post again and again. it is very delecious recipe. after eating it one day, you will cook it daily.
- add the oil in the wok or a large amount of high temperature. Add garlic and paste for 1 minute. Add carrots and saute until soft. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and oily ingredients until the sugar melts. Add the rice, cut into strips, continue stirring until warm, about 3 minutes. Add peas, green onions and chopped parsley until fry. Decorative pieces of lime and serve. every ingredients has its own unique taste ,so we should take taste of every ingredients, here one things is very important to rememer that only cook on low but after boiling any things it is must cook every recipe on low heat never cook any dish on high.
if you wana cook smoke then , do not cook on gass, then use fire wood heat, in this style ,, you can get best taste of smoke at the time of cooking.wood smoke flavour is unique then we get it.
