Hello everyone!
This is a compilation post that highlights the videos that are uploaded at
and manually curated by both
and
.
Take note that
videos can also be posted to their appropriate communities. For example, if you have an amazing travel video, you can upload it in Threespeak and post it in Pinmapple community at the same time.
How Manual Curation Works
There's a common channel in OCD where all Threespeak videos that are of quality are dropped by community leaders and curators. Those videos will be upvoted by OCD and then followed by Threespeak. Some posts are already upvoted by Threespeak through
that will be dropped in the channel for OCD upvote. This will make quality videos have higher potential payouts because of the upvotes of the two projects.
A compilation post will be created for those upvoted posts to highlight both the author and the community where the post is located, the same way how Other Niche Communities curation works.
Here are the curated posts for this batch:

Honestly, I could not participate in this opportunity with my opinion or on the basis of my own experiences because I have not had them. I have had few romantic dates in my life and I have never done anything strange for love, not even something normal.

The Front Lever is a Calisthenics exercise that consists of being on a bar hanging with prone grip in a position parallel to the body with both legs straight, and trying to keep the elbows locked and the scapulae in neutral position. This exercise requires a lot of strength from muscles such as the shoulder, back, chest, arms, abdomen and lumbar, since performing it shows the resistance of each of these parts of the body. It is important to know that to have this exercise you must first have progressions, which I will be just explaining what they are. If you want to do the Front Lever follow me in this routine.

And today I bring you a cover of a song that is very popular on social networks, and that has been taken to put music to memes that have to do with something that is lost, broken, or disappears.Although it is actually a very beautiful song by the Spanish singer-songwriter Jose Luis Perales entitled: "A sailboat called freedom", it was recorded as a duet with Carlos Rivera, in fact the track I used is from this version.

I have some time already showing how our training is and the truth is that I have not shown everything, there is always something missing, we always train every day quite complete and we always share, we try not to lose discipline, it is difficult to maintain constancy having occupations such as studies and work but with all that we stay active, formerly we were more but for reasons of circumstances not everyone is active, but that does not motivate us, we always go ahead and here we are training.

Now to this week. There are a lot of times in our lives that we seem to have reached a place where we do not seem to see anyway ahead . I remember the story of the Israelites in the land of Egypt when they had to cross the Red Sea. It looked impossible because I don’t think they thought a way was going to be made through the sea ’impossible’ right, but there and then God came through and there was hope where there seemed to be no hope. A way was made

Today, as of the date on which I publish this post, it has been a week since his death and with a lot of pain but with the peace of having given my all to the end, I continue with his legacy and go from being under his teachings to singing in his name to continue exalting his name, although vocally I still have a long way to go to be at his level, I have his beautiful grave record as an inheritance and that today more than ever I show it with pride.

I learned this technique 6 years ago and throughout all this time I have studied this technique a lot and came to the conclusion that anyone who wants to improve their freestyle, whatever their level, needs to apply this technique. I did several experiments with different partners to whom I taught this technique and they all improved their level almost instantly and today their turns are perfect and not at all compared to how they did before.

Greetings, my dear friends at Hive > Food! Once again, I am here to share with you a recipe that takes me directly to my childhood and specifically to my grandmother, it is a delicious picadillo llanero, a soup that is eaten in the Venezuelan savannahs and is perfect to recover energy after a day of work or to share with family on the weekend.

These tips that I expressed, are the ones that I apply and that have really worked for me to study, work and train. We all know that to achieve goals or objectives we must take action and always be focused on the goal we want to achieve and be perseverant.
