OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 851st compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

There are greater values, strength, and many other abilities in combined force to working hard than hard work itself. Oh, confused? Many a time as there have been interchangeable uses of words like; hard work, work hard, work smart, hardly working, hard worker, and working hard. The fact is that all these words are used whenever we get busy. Yes, busy productively or otherwise we use those terms which in likely manners as it usage means different things entirely.

This week I listened to a radio program by a well-known Venezuelan broadcaster. His program has a space for conversations with well-known personalities from show business, politics and others. During the interview, the announcer asked Paloma San Basilio, a well-known singer of Spanish origin, what were the smells that took her back to her childhood? After that question I stopped listening.

You will see more and more posts of this type on my blog because since I decided to focus on working towards my passion, which is fashion, I have had many ideas, works and requests, this time I made a sketch work which was commissioned by a person who is currently in the process of applying for a bank loan to open his swimwear brand. In order for said credit to be approved, they requested a minimum of 8 designs which will serve to show an appetizer of what the brand would be.

It's not new to me to see people consuming Momma. In our local dialect, we even call it "Ma-ma", and the one who does be called "Agmama-ma". It had been part of Filipino tradition, but people thought and viewed this practice seems not appropriate, or this was disgusting views in other faces. But not me. I found it unique and part of people's daily lives nearby.

All the last few times I've talked about gardens, it's been about the one we grow outside and share with a few people, but it almost made me forget to talk a little about ours, the one we have inside the occasion.

I think she lost one of her bearings, since her best friend and helper, Miele, lost hers a month or two ago and can't seem to find a replacement.

As Silver Mamma Chef explained in one of her previous posts, Miele's predicament of "giving up the ghost" and is still out of action at the moment, leaving Silver Mamma Chef frustrated with Mss Broom and Co who's not puling her weight at all.

Most of gradient/steep or slopes are noted to be applied with contour or terracing planting when cultivating vegetables. In the case of this pepper 🫑🌶️ farm, I didn't adopt contour or terracing on this slope or hill. I studied the orientation of the land and this is just a gentle slope that erosion wouldn't be severe. Apart from this, many mechanisms are put in place to take of the destruction.

A different day for my children, nothing like seeing a smile of happiness and joy in them, that is my greatest satisfaction and I am sure that of every mother too. Although my children rarely leave the house, I am aware that they need to go out, have fun and enjoy special moments like these and many more.

This past weekend has been really amazing, I had such a long time without enjoying one like this, we got out of the routine and we connected as a family, surrounded by a very quiet and picturesque natural environment. The birthday of my niece and goddaughter Camila, took us to Mucuy , a small town in Merida, full of dreamy landscapes, a rich climate, very friendly and hardworking people.

The Mucuy is one of the first towns we found on the Trans-Andean Highway, a very well known road, not only because it communicates the state with the plains and western Venezuela, but also because it is a tourist route thanks to its beautiful landscapes, its cold climate and for being part of the Sierra Nevada National Park.
