This evening, I made a dish after having a few cocktails. I decided to prepare a course that would be acceptable on the fad "keto diet". I am in no way on it, but if it is popular, why not go for it!
I grilled a roughly 1/4 lbs patty consisting of 80/20 ratio.
I sauteed two large portobello mushrooms, diced into small pieces.
I placed the grilled hamburger patty in the pan where the mushrooms were sauteed, then put said mushrooms on top of the patty, then topped the patty and mushrooms with cheddar cheese.
I then topped the patty, mushrooms and cheddar cheese with a fried egg.
