Today I made pasta ( spaghetti) with truffel and chicken. It’s a dish that the kids love! So I bought all ingredients.
First the sauce a pasta sauce with truffel, very nice and the smell is amazing.
A cream to smoothen out the sauce in the end.
I use two little pots and also add sausages, small ones in very small pieces.
Boursin, that is a garlic paste for some extra bite.
Olive oil with red chilli.
And of course spaghetti. The kids love this dish so much that I make it very often. Always with chicken. Its also possible with mincemeat or with mushrooms when it is veggie.
I used 500 grams for 5 persons.
The sauce and the paste, oil and chicken all together, and let that be for about 25 minutes on low fire.
I add mushrooms which I buy in very little pieces.
Ofcourse I add garlic paste at the end with salt and pepper untill i like the bite the best.

I add cucumber and did a soup as a starter, added soup croutons and the family was happy. The smell in the house is so good.
