What's up, Cheese Lovers?! EatsLance and I am going to show you a location where the star is Cheese. This location is well-known in Cebu, and considered a favorite spot by many Cebuanos. The location is ideal for couples and groups of friends. This is my first visit, therefore I'm very looking forward to sharing my cheesy experience at Fat Dois.

THE MENU
You can avail each dish at around 100-300 pesos only. I was with my friends, we were 6, so we ordered a lot from the menu. I am glad I was with my friends because I was able to try a lot from the menu and will split the bill at the end. If you're a single and want to experience Fat Dois but your budget is tight, bring your friends 😊. Cheese Ribs, Cheesy Chix (barbeque flavor), Spicy Noodles, Chreemps, and Kimchi Rice were among the dishes we ordered.
CHEESE RIBS
Fat Dois' best-selling item is Cheese Ribs. Back ribs are simmered over shredded mozzarella cheese beds until the cheese melts. The delicately cooked ribs are dipped in melted mozzarella cheese and wrapped in the cheese. It's sloppy and gooey, but most importantly, it's enjoyable. It has an addictively spicy, somewhat sweet, and savory flavor. The bone-in braised ribs are tender and fall-off-the-bone tender, but the bones remain intact. It's best to share it with a group of two to three individuals. This gets a 9 out of 10 from me.
CHEESY CHIX
This recipe is my absolute favorite because I adore chicken and cheese. The chicken is flavored with barbeque sauce. The chicken is great on its own, but we serve it over shredded mozzarella cheese beds until it melts. For me, the mix of chicken and cheese is perfection. I should have ordered two servings or a different flavor. This portion serves 2-3 people. This gets a 10 out of 10 from me.
SPICY NOODLES
Spicy Noodles will round out your dining experience. Spam and cheese are included in their Spicy Noodles. I, too, am a noodle foodie; I was influenced by watching Korean dramas, and their spicy noodles have been added to my list of faves. It has a particular spice, and the spam added to the premium feel. This gets a 9 out of 10 from me.
CHREEMPS
Shrimps with butter and garlic were a favorite of mine. But this dish, in which shrimp are dipped in a cheese sauce with corn and parsley, is new to me. The cheese sauce is outstanding. The shrimp are tasty and well-cooked; my only wish is that they were a little larger. However, this shrimp meal is already delicious and comes at an affordable price. To me, this is an 8/10.
KIMCHI RICE
As someone who has fallen in love with Korean cuisine and culture, this kimchi rice is ideal for me. It's topped with a fried egg and seaweed that's been cooked. I already enjoy fried rice, but this kimchi rice takes it to a new level. This whets my appetite for the remaining dishes at Fat Dois. I've never thought that eating hot and spicy rice was a good idea. This Kimchi Rice gets a 10 out of 10 from me.
My companions and I had a great time eating at Fat Dois. I'm delighted I was finally able to try Fat Dois; I believe everyone has already done so. In addition, the personnel was very pleasant and welcoming. I will undoubtedly return to this place.
