- 250 grams of finely chopped chicken
- Just enough salt
- Teaspoon of pepper powder
- Teaspoon of chili powder
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Teaspoon of fried curry powder
- Large onion cut into round shapes
- Capsicum cut into round shapes
- Tomatoes cut into round shapes
- Carrots cut into round shapes
- Onion leaves cut lengthwise
- Crushed ginger and garlic
- Half a teaspoon of sugar
- Half a cup of water
- Tablespoon of soy sauce
- Tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Two tablespoons of butter
- Two tablespoons of oil
Preparing method
- The first thing I did was wash and clean the chopped chicken. Then put it in a small dish. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt and fried curry powder, mix well and leave for about an hour.
- Then put a pan on the stove and put two tablespoons of oil on it and heat it over a low heat and add butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add some chicken and bring to a boil. Then add water. Cook the chicken well until the water dries and it turns slightly golden.
- Now add about a tablespoon of soy sauce to the chicken and mix well. Take the crushed ginger and garlic and add it over the chicken. Let it cook for a while.
- Add the chopped onion, chopped carrot and chopped capsicum to the well-cooked chicken, mix well and cook for about two minutes.
- Now add half a teaspoon of sugar and a tablespoon of tomato sauce and mix well.
- Finally add the tomato and onion leaves, stir and simmer for about half a minute, then remove from the stove.
