Since our childhood our parents gave green leaves for our meals at least one time per day because they knew it gives more health benefits to our body. Especially green leaves very useful for our eyes, skin than others. Water spinach contains fiber, including calcium, vitamins A, C, iron, and protein. Unfortunately, many people do not know the quality of water spinach. Usually we prepare water spinach very similarly. But today we changed the way and you can see the preparation method.
Ingredients required
- A bundle of water spinach
- Two capsicum pods cut into circles
- Large onions cut into circles
- A slice of chopped tomato
- Two spikes of green chilies cut lengthwise
- Crushed ginger and garlic
- Three tablespoons of oil
- Two tablespoons of soy sauce
- Two teaspoons of tomato sauce
- Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Preparing method
- First, rinse the water spinach well and let it soak. Then put two tablespoons of oil in a bowl and first fry the water spinach leaves until they are slightly dry.
- Now add a little more oil to the same pan, add the crushed ginger and garlic, chopped green chillies, chopped big onion and chopped capsicum and fry.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes, mix well and add salt.
- Now add pepper powder, soy sauce and tomato sauce and mix well. Remove from the stove after a minute.
We can not be satisfied with the cleanliness of the leaves on the market. If you grow a few herbs in your garden without being lazy, you can eat things like pure leaf salad without fear.
