Spinach is a very useful ingredient for maintaining our physical capacity. But nowadays many of us do not like vegetables at all or do not want to eat. In fact, with the advent of readymade food, a different kind of feeling has started to develop in us, we don't want to spend too much time. Instead, I try to eat tasty food in a short period of time and for this reason I try to avoid vegetarian foods.
But vegetables are very beneficial to us, considering them as one of the most nutritious source of nutrients. Different types of vegetables can solve our various physical problems. If we can eat regularly then it will be very good for us.
Anyway, I really like spinach, so today I want to share with you one of my favorite spinach. Its name is spinacia Oleracea. This spinach is very popular in our region, it is quite tasty to eat. Everyone in our family loves this spinach. It is very easy to cook. Let's see today's recipe-
Ingredients are:

-| Onion
-| Garlic
-| Pepper
-| Salt
-| Oil
Preparation:
First I cleaned the spinach and put them in a bowl
Then I put a pan in the oven, poured oil and heated it and chopped the onion.
After the onion pieces turn brown, I put the cleaned vegetables, green chillies and salt on it.
Then I covered everything, including the vegetables, with a lid.
I lifted the lid, stirred it for a while and cooked.
Then I cooked the vegetable water until it was dry and served it down after cooking.
Look at this now I will serve hot with rice. Because this dish tastes great with rice. I hope you enjoy today's cooking.
