This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

Hello beautiful SWC community and all my fellow HIVE members, I hope you are all doing well. It's a pleasure to share my new post with you today, and I hope you enjoy it. Hello everyone. It's been a while since my last post, and today I'm back, not with my usual energy, but with my heart trying to find its rhythm again. Many of you may be wondering why I disappeared. It wasn't for lack of desire, nor because I stopped loving this sport. I love calisthenics; it's my life. However, less than a month ago, life dealt me the hardest blow I've ever received.

This is the best gift of the year—I passed the board exam for teachers. But the journey was not easy. God knows how much I suffered, and He knows that this was never easy at all. Indeed, this is the best gift before ending the year, 2025.
I wish you a 2026 full of carrots and a life full of health and nutrition. May your vision, immunity, mental clarity, and natural beauty prevail in this new year, this new beginning. I wish you potatoes in 2026, with lots of fiber and resistant starch so that your heart is strong and resilient like them, and that you are generous with the earth and stay connected to humility.
Today I decided to write this with the sole objective of thanking each and every one of the moments lived throughout this year, not because they were all perfect but because they left in me, unforgettable experiences.
Today I want to share a visual update of that small, everyday miracle. Over the past few weeks, I've been capturing fleeting moments, stolen from the frenetic pace of daily life, whenever time and light allowed. The change, observed with patience, has been profound and moving.
Take 2 pieces of galvanized wire, each 1 meter long, and twist them together until they form a single, stronger piece. Repeat the same process with the other 2 remaining pieces. Join and twist the 4 pieces together to provide greater strength and stability to the structure. Once the 4 pieces are firmly joined, shape the base into a circular form and leave one section pointing upward, which will become the stem, as shown in the images. Completely cover the structure with green floral tape, wrapping it tightly so it stays well secured and covers the entire base. Start adding the green pipe cleaners, beginning from the upper part of the stem and leaving approximately 5 cm uncovered at the top. Wrap each pipe cleaner carefully, making sure there are no gaps between them, until the entire base is covered, except for the upper 5 cm.

Greetings friends of the SWC. In today's post, I'll tell you about my training with my student, Angel. As everyone who reads my posts knows, something I love, besides doing the tricks myself, is teaching and sharing my past experiences so that beginners like him can improve much faster and better than when I started out without anyone to properly teach me what mistakes to avoid and how to move. Being the coach, teacher, or whatever you want to call it, is practically what I've been for him and several others for the past year, ever since I realized that I loved teaching others how to improve.
This time, I want to share a simple dish I made. A traditional village dish: fried fish and chayote vegetables. The ingredients are as follows:
People ordered mojitos, red wine, Bloody Marys, and other drinks I don't remember. One of them with blue Curaçao. I don't drink alcohol if I can avoid it, so I settled for attacking the croquettes from the "appetizer platter" and half a sandwich of... Well, the menu said it was chicken. Chicken ham, I suppose. The truth is I'd never tasted that before. And I feasted abundantly, because all the dishes came with a handful of coleslaw with lettuce and I turned out to be the only one there with herbivorous instincts.
Playful, fun, mischievous, filled with laughter and ideas, she filled our home with invaluable memories. She was with us for 5 years full of joy and companionship. We also had the opportuni to see how she brought beautiful kittens to life. Accompanying her in that process and finding responsible homes for her kittens was one of the things that made us appreciate the kittens even more.
