Hello, how are you all? I'm one more week in my friend's sandwich contest 
I present my entry this week this sandwich I imagined in my head and so prepare the truth the final recultado was good and was approved by the judges at home who are responsible for testing the sandwich
This sandwich I really went around and around in my head to try to get some economics and I was able to get something
Here I present my cooked sandwich
Ingredients
- Peasant bread
- Breaded Chicken (Egg, wheat flour and bread crumbs)
- Eggs
- Carrot
- Tomatoes
- Butter
- Oil
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
I started with the tomatoes, add a little butter in the pan, and the oregano melted the butter together with the oregano. Mix and place the tomatoes to roast, giving it several turns to take this flavor
What I did with the carrot was just grating it
With the chicken after passing it through egg, wheat flour and bread crumbs I put it in a pan a little oil and brown
Bring the eggs to soften and finally place the slices of peasant bread in the same pan where the tomatoes are browned so they were left with a bit of flavor with butter and oregano
I had a little error with the week I put 52 and it should be 53 I hope I have no problems with this
