¡Feliz aniversario para la comunidad Hive!
Un poco ausente pero ya estoy de vuelta retomando mis actividades dentro de la comunidad.
La receta que les traje es una salsa cremosa, divina, fácil de preparar y que nos saca de apuros a la hora de tener invitados en casa, les gusta a chicos y grandes.

I was a little absent but I'm back to resume my activities within the community.
The recipe I brought you is a creamy sauce, divine, easy to prepare and that gets us out of trouble when we have guests at home, kids and adults like it.
Ingredientes:
1 zanahoria.
1 papá
150 gramos de queso llanero.
80 gramos de tocineta ahumada.
4 cucharadas de aceite.
Sal pimienta al gusto.
Ingredients:
1 carrot.
1 daddy
150 grams of llanero cheese.
80 grams of smoked bacon.
4 spoonfuls of oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Lo primero es picar en trozos el queso y ponerlo en una olla con una taza de agua hasta que esté blandito, reserva.
First, chop the cheese into pieces and put it in a pot with a cup of water until it is soft, set aside.
Segundo: en otra olla pongo la papá y la zanahoria con agua, un poquito de sal hasta que ablanden, pelo y corto en trozos, reservo.
Second: in another pot put the potatoes and carrots with water, a little salt until soft, peel and cut into pieces, set aside.
Tercero: en una sartén coloco la tocineta picada a sofreír hasta que quede crujiente, no voy a utilizar ésta grasa.
Third: in a frying pan I put the chopped bacon to fry until crispy, I will not use this fat.
Cuarto: con todo ésto listo procedo a llevar la papa a la licuadora y poco a poco agrego la zanahoria ayudando con el líquido de cocción del queso. Proceso con paciencia.
Fourth: with all this ready I proceed to take the potato to the blender and little by little I add the carrot helping with the cheese cooking liquid. I process with patience.
Quinto :agrego la tocineta crujiente y el aceite en forma de hilo, le suma cremosidad.
Fifth: I add the crispy bacon and the oil as a thread, it adds creaminess.
Sexto: agregué sólo pimienta por el queso y la tocineta tenía suficiente sal.
Sixth: I added only pepper for the cheese and the bacon had enough salt.
