Hello, foodies!
Today i would like to share one or food experience in eating Japanese food.
The restaurant was located on 6th floor, Blok M Plaza - South Jakarta.
Here how it looked like
They have quite large dining area, it was also clean and neat.
Some menus they provided
like the name of the restaurant, ichiban sushi, actually the speciality here was sushi.
The Food
Here were what we ordered
The first menu they delivered was katsu roll. It was great, i love the chicken katsu inside and all of it. The mayonaise sauce tasted great too. We liked it.
Mom chose the beef hotplate ramen.
Unfortunately it tasted bad cause it was too sweet and only a little savory. Even when mom tried to put some soy sauce in it, it was too sweet. I think it might be caused by the tomato they put in it. The beef was just fine.
Here was mine
It was niku ramen. The ramen was just fine, ordinary and not special. The broth was not thick and the noodle was not too soft nor hard, so did the beef. All of it was just ok.
The Service
We didn't wait for so long to get the order and they handled it quick. And our table was next to the serving area which was connected to their kitchen so they could serve us quickly.
The Price
The beef hotplate ramen was 37,000 IDR
The niku ramen was 43,000 IDR
while The katsu roll was 28,000 IDR
So the food price altogether was 108,000 IDR or around 7.7 USD before tax and service charge.
I only would come again for the sushi roll, but not for the ramen
