Superfood Pancakes with plum-cinnamon-cardamon jam made by my girlfriend, white almond butter, cashews and topped with blueberries ☺✨ Which photo do you like the most? 1, 2 or 3? ➡️📝
The reason why I say they are superfood pancakes is because the dough contains pea protein, blue spirulina, red beet powder and chia seeds!
Recipe:
1 cup flour
1 cup plant based milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp cane sugar
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp beet powder
1 tbsp chia seeds with 4 tbsp water
1 tbsp pea protein
Mix all the dry ingredients & add the liquids. Mix everything. Use a non sticky pan and put 2 tbsp dough in it. Let them roast 2 minutes from each side on medium heat.
Topping ideas:
Almond butter
Blueberries
Chocolate sauce
Nuts
Cacao nibs
Maple syrup
Raspberries (hot)
