This theory says that before Kiara and Kion, Simba had a cub whose life was taken. But where does this come from?

At the end of The Lion King, Simba and Nala present their puppy with Rafiki. That puppy is male and very similar to Simba when he was little, both in color and features. Also at the presentation ceremony, Simba, Nala, Pumbaa and Timon are on top of the rock and Rafiki arrives with the cub. But at the beginning of Lion King 2 it is different because the cub is female and looks like Nala, and she is the one who gives the baby to Rafiki. These "inconsistencies" led many fans to conclude that it is not the same puppy and it is not the same scene. So where is the first lion. After The Lion King 1 was released, a series of books were published telling Simba's life after being crowned king. There his first son named Kopa appears. However, those books were an alternate history; but since the second part of the Lion King had not been released, many took these books as the continuity of the film's story. When the sequel to the film came out, they realized that Kopa did not exist and the debate began as to why the baby in the first film was not the same as the one in the second. Fans believed that the order of the story was: the events of the first film, the books where Kopa appears and the second film, where Kiara is born. But if so, where is Simba's firstborn? To answer this, two hypotheses arose.

Estas "incoherencias" hicieron que muchos fans llegaran a la conclusión que no es el mismo cachorro y tampoco es la misma escena. Entonces, donde está el primer león. Luego que el Rey León 1 se estrenara, se publicaron una serie de libros donde se cuenta la vida de Simba después de ser coronado rey. Ahí aparece su primer hijo llamado Kopa. Sin embargo, esos libros eran una historia alterna; pero como no había salido la segunda parte del Rey León, muchos tomaron estos libros como la continuidad de la historia de la película. Cuando salió la secuela del filme se dieron cuenta que Kopa no existía y empezó el debate de por qué el bebé de la primera película no era el mismo que de la segunda. Los fans creían que el orden de la historia era: los acontecimientos del primer filme, los libros donde aparece Kopa y la segunda película, donde nace Kiara. Pero de ser así, ¿dónde está el primogénito de Simba? Para darle respuesta a esto surgieron dos hipótesis.

The first theory says that when Kopa was born, Rafiki predicted that he had Scar's evil blood and how he was the firstborn was destined to be the King. But when Simba saw his evil, he would take the throne from him and give it to Kaion, thus repeating the story of Scar and Mufasa. To avoid this and despite the pain it would cause, Simba decides to sacrifice his first son.
>La primera teoría dice que cuando Kopa nació, Rafiki predijo que tenía la sangre malvada de Scar y como era el primogénito estaba destinado a ser el Rey. Pero cuando Simba viera su maldad le quitaría el trono y se lo daría a Kaion, repitiéndose así la historia de Scar y Mufasa. Para evitar esto y pese al dolor que causaría, Simba decide sacrificar a su primer hijo.

The second theory says that Kopa was very naughty and decided to go to the distances where it was not allowed. The lions that Simba exiled when Scar died lived in that place. There Kopa ran into Zira who, to avenge Skar's death, mercilessly murdered the little lion. Soon, he and Nala had Kiara. Since Simba had already lost a son, he was very overprotective of the little girl, as we see in the second movie.
>La segunda teoría dice que Kopa era muy travieso y decidió ir a las lejanías donde no le era permitido. En ese lugar vivían los leones que Simba exilió cuando murió Scar. Ahí Kopa se topó con Zira que para vengar la muerte de Skar sin piedad asesinó al pequeño león. Al poco tiempo, él y Nala tuvieron a Kiara. Como Simba ya había perdido un hijo era muy sobreprotector con la pequeña, como vemos en la segunda peli.

But, which of these theories is real? None, because the first child never existed. The books are stories that have nothing to do with the movies. Disney granted permission to use the image of the characters in these books, which are alternate stories. That is to say, it was other authors who are not Disney who made these stories, that is, we have to pretend that it never existed.
