Sean bienvenidos una vez más al blog de **Dulcitos M&L**. 😊❤️ Deseo se encuentren muy bien, tengan mucha salud, dicha, amor y paz. **¡Feliz mes de Julio!** Hoy, vengo a compartirles la primera receta del mes, esta vez no será un postre, sino una receta deliciosa receta salada que, irónicamente, aprendimos a elaborar en el Diplomado de Repostería y Pastelería. Entre tantas recetas dulces, nos llena de mucho entusiasmo preparar una receta salada, con una combinación de sabores increíblemente jugosos y tiernos. La receta de hoy se trata de unos deliciosos: ### **Pastelitos de Hojaldre** El hojaldre es un tipo de masa laminada, que se elabora a base de un amasijo y un empaste, durante su elaboración se forman capas alternas de masa y materia grasa, esto lo explicaremos más adelante en este post. Con la **Masa de Hojaldre** se pueden elaborar un sin fin de recetas, tanto dulces como saladas, entre éstas los **Pastelitos de Hojaldre**, que también pueden variar en su sabor y textura dependiendo del relleno que utilicemos.

Among so many sweet recipes, it fills us with great enthusiasm to prepare a savory recipe, with a combination of incredibly juicy and tender flavors. Today's recipe is about some delicious: ### **Puff Pastry Pastelitos** The puff pastry is a type of laminated dough, which is made from a dough and a paste, during its preparation alternate layers of dough and fat, this we will explain later in this post. With the **Puff pastry dough** you can elaborate an endless number of recipes, both sweet and savory, among these the **Puff pastries**, which can also vary in flavor and texture depending on the stuffing we use.

### **Preparación** **Paso 1: Elaboración de la Masa** Para el amasijo: se realiza un volcán de harina en la mesa de trabajo, en el centro se agrega el agua, la margarina, el azúcar, la sal y el relax. Se integran los ingredientes del centro con las manos y de a poco se integra la harina comenzando del centro hacia afuera hasta integrarlo todo. No es necesario amasar demasiado, solo integrar todos los ingredientes. Se guarda en una bolsa plástica y se lleva al congelador durante 15 minutos. Para el empaste: Se integra la harina de trigo con la margarina, se coloca en papel film o bolsa plástica y se tira con un rodillo hasta formar un rectángulo. Se lleva al congelador por 15 minutos.

### **Preparation** **Step 1: Elaboration of the dough** For the dough: make a flour volcano on the work surface, add the water, margarine, sugar, salt and relax in the center. The ingredients of the center are integrated with the hands and little by little the flour is integrated starting from the center outwards until everything is integrated. It is not necessary to knead too much, only to integrate all the ingredients. Store in a plastic bag and take it to the freezer for 15 minutes. For the paste: Integrate the wheat flour with the margarine, place it in plastic wrap or a plastic bag and roll it with a rolling pin until it forms a rectangle. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

**Paso 2: Laminado de la Masa** Una vez pasado el tiempo de refrigeración se estira la masa de forma rectangular con ayuda de un rodillo y se realiza un doblez simple. Se lleva al congelador durante 15 minutos. Se repite todo el proceso pero con un doblez doble, y luego nuevamente uno simple. **Paso 3: Elaboración de Rellenos** Este paso es al gusto del comensal, sin embargo es un gusto compartirles las preparaciones que realizamos para el relleno de los pastelitos. - **Opción 1:** Cortar y sofreír la tocineta con una cucharadita de margarina, agregar el ajo porro cortado y una pizca de sal. Luego incorporar el queso crema y retirar del fuego. - **Opción 2:** Cortar en cuadros jamón y queso amarillo e incorporar el queso crema. - **Opción 3:** Calentar el queso crema, incorporar espinacas finamente cortadas y agregar una pizca de sal, retirar del fuego.

**Step 3: Elaboration of the stuffig** This step is up to the diner's taste, however it is a pleasure to share with you the preparations we made for the stuffing of the pastries. - **Option 1:** Cut and sauté the bacon with a teaspoon of margarine, add the sliced garlic and a pinch of salt. Then add the cream cheese and remove from heat. - **Option 2:** Cut ham and yellow cheese in squares and add the cream cheese. - **Option 3:** Heat the cream cheese, add finely chopped spinach and a pinch of salt, remove from heat.

**Paso 4: Armado y horneado de los Pastelitos:** Se estira la masa, se divide en rectángulos que se rellenan, se cierra el rectángulo y con un tenedor se sella el pastelito, también se pincha en el centro para que al hornear pueda salir el vapor. Se barnizan los pastelitos con huevo y se colocan sobre una bandeja para horno. Para hornearlos se precalienta el horno a 200ºC y una vez llevemos al horno los pastelitos, se hornean por 20 minutos, para que éstos esponjen y la cubierta quede tostada, luego bajamos la temperatura a 160º C para que continúe la cocción.

The pastries are varnished with egg and placed on a baking sheet. To bake them, preheat the oven to 200ºC and once the cakes are in the oven, bake them for 20 minutes, so that they become fluffy and the cover is toasted, then lower the temperature to 160ºC to continue baking.
