There are so many ways to raise funds for a school; one of the nicest ones I know is having a concert.

The parents love it and all enjoy seeing their children all dressed up and smiling.

Mostly they do not mind spending money on making their children happy.

They will help with the costumes and there are art teachers who can make the most beautiful stage décor.

The best way to get all the children in the school to be part of it is by having short concerts for each age group.

Normally start with the little ones as they do get tired earlier than the big children.

This can bring in ticket money for days. Normally grandparents and family will also come as they also love their grandchildren, and it reminds them of the days when their own children were on the stage.

We normally find that three nights are fully booked and if we have one afternoon, it is full of the older people, as they prefer not to drive at night.

It is so cute if the little ones have to be fairies or trees and things like that and they always wave to everyone and, smiles when they see someone they know.

Every age can have either a choir or some form of short play, as the more children take part the more money the school will make.

Then at halftime you still have all those nice food stuff to sell and cool drinks.

The whole idea is to let the whole school take part as this will mean more families and more people.

You can also have someone who take pictures and sell these to the parents as I am sure they would not mind paying for them.

That is part of the money you can make for the school and it is always a lovely experience for the children.
