Greetings, dear friends at Amazing Drinks, welcome to my blog. I hope you had a happy New Year. I'm back in this community to share a refreshing, delicious drink packed with vitamin C. I've combined passion fruit juice with hibiscus water. I love citrus fruits, and I thought this mixture was fabulous for continuing to strengthen the immune system.

When I see hibiscus flowers, also known as Jamaica flowers, for sale, I can't resist. I saw them at the supermarket at a good price and bought a package. I had already bought passion fruit to make a dessert and, of course, juice. Then I had a great idea: to combine both juices and enjoy their exquisite flavor, which also resulted in a very refreshing drink.

## Ingredients

- 700 ml water for the passion fruit juice

- 1.5 liters water for the hibiscus water

- 4 passion fruits (480 g)

- 2 cups hibiscus flowers

- Sugar to taste

- Ice cubes to taste

## Preparation

1.-. Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil in a pot. When it starts boiling, wash the hibiscus flowers and pour them into the pot. Let the flowers boil for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the water cool to room temperature. Strain.

2.- We prepare the passion fruit juice. We cut the fruits in half, extract the pulp, and pour it into the blender.

3.- Add the water, blend, and then strain the juice.

4.- Fill two separate glasses halfway, one with passion fruit juice and the other with hibiscus water, adding sugar to taste to each. Then, in a glass, add the hibiscus water with the sugar.

5.- We add several ice cubes and then the passion fruit juice.

Saludos, queridos amigos de Amazing Drinks, bienvenidos a mi blog, espero que hayan pasado un feliz año nuevo. Paso nuevamente por esta comunidad para compartir una bebida refrescante, deliciosa y cargada de mucha vitamina C, he combinado jugo de maracuyá con agua de hibisco. Me encantan los cítricos y esta mezcla me pareció fabulososa para seguir fortaleciendo el sistema inmunológico.

Cuando veo a la venta flores de hibisco o Jamaica, como también es conocida, no me puedo resistir, las vi en el supermercado a buen precio y me traje un paquete. Ya había comprado maracuyá para hacer un postre, y por supuesto, un jugo. Luego, se me ocurrió una buena idea, combinar ambos jugos y disfrutar de su exquisito sabor, además de resultar en una bebida muy refrescante.

## Ingredientes

- 700 ml de agua para el jugo de maracuyá

- 1,5 litros de agua para el agua de hibisco

- 4 frutas de maracuyá (480 grs)

- 2 tazas de flor de hibisco

- Azúcar al gusto

- cubos de hielo al gusto

## Preparación

1.-. Ponemos a hervir 1,5 litros de agua en una olla. Cuando rompa el hervor, lavamos las flores de hibisco y las vertemos en la olla. Dejamos hervir las flores por 5 minutos, luego apagamos el fuego y dejamos que el agua tome la temperatura ambiente. Colamos.

2.- Preparamos el jugo de maracuyá. Cortamos las frutas a la mitad, extraemos la pulpa y la vertemos en la licuadora.

3.- Agregamos el agua, licuamos y enseguida colamos el jugo.

4.- En vasos diferentes, llenamos a la mitad, uno con jugo de maracuyá y otro con agua de hibisco, a cada uno le agregamos azúcar al gusto. Luego, en un vaso de vidrio agregamos el agua de hibisco con el azúcar.

5.- Agregamos varios cubos de hielo y luego el jugo de maracuyá.
