400 gr de pasta, 03 tomates, 01 cebolla, 01 pimiento, 05 ajíes dulce, 02 dientes de ajo, 1/4 taza de pasta de tomate, 01 cucharada de orégano, 01 cucharada de aceite onotada, 01 cucharada de azúcar, sal y pimienta al gusto. >400 g pasta, 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 5 sweet peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup tomato paste, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

Primero, lavaremos las verduras y las cortaremos en dados.

Añade el concentrado de tomate, un poco de agua y el azúcar para contrarrestar la acidez de los tomates, remueve y deja que se cocine hasta que el líquido se reduzca y la mezcla espese.

Para la pasta. Para esto, ponemos una olla con agua en la cocina a fuego alto. Cuando el agua esté hirviendo, incorporamos la pasta y una cucharada de sal; removemos p hasta que esté al dente. La colamos en para escurrir y la ponemos en la olla; después untamos mantequilla para que quede sueltecita. A continuación le añadimos el aliño y revolvemos para que se impregne los sabores.

>For the pasta, bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. When the water starts to boil, add the pasta and a tablespoon of salt; stir until al dente. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot; then add butter to keep it from sticking. Next, add the sauce and stir to blend the flavors well.
