Primero de todo, la paella tenia in sabor buenisimo, hasta socarrat salia y todo. Segundo, en la segunda linea de la narracion especifico que es una paella marinera, yo no le pongo mejillones pq en casa

It is quite typical to find in Spain, fried/cooked cheese accompanied by marmalade, tomato jam or others like cranberry sauce. Now this is only an option if you like the contrast between sweet and savoury.
