While there is nothing wrong with Jerk Spice, we especially loved some of the curry dishes down there and just had to bring the main ingredient home.
I've been experimenting with some Curry Concoctions. Curry Spice and Walkerswood Seriously Hot Sauce made some great marinade for this Eye of Round.
