黄檗山特製 蓮の実甘納豆
煎茶道の聖地と云えば宇治の黄檗山萬福寺。 日本煎茶道連盟の本部がおかれ、毎年５月には全日本煎茶道大会が開かれます。 今月19日、その煎茶道大会に行かれた方からお土産に蓮の実甘納豆をいただきました。 甘〜いお菓子が入っているとは思えないパッケージがなんともいえませんね〜🤭 黄檗山萬福寺

老人会お茶講座…爺様婆様の生態観察
藤枝市の「お茶の町推進室」(静岡っぽいでしょ！)の依頼で出前講座に行って来ました。 事前に市の担当者の方に年齢層と人数を伺ったところ 「え～っとですね…はっきりわからないのですが… 70代の方、十数人だと思いますよ～ あの～…好きなことお話し頂いて結構ですので…」 という答え。 ゆるいでしょ(≧∇≦)b このゆるさが私は好きです(^_-) で、行ってみたところ32人の老人会でした(;ﾟдﾟ)

手作り紅茶
『金谷茶業研究拠点』といういかめしい名称の所から封書が届きました。 そうでした。 1週間前にここの一般公開に行ったときに、紅茶作りを体験したのです。 その時の物を送って下さったのです。 早速、ドキドキしながら開けてみました。 思ったより、まだ緑色が残っていますね。 味、香り、水色も気になります。 早速淹れてみました。 形状はフルリーフなので、５分蒸らしました。 香りは深くはないけれど、フレッシュです。

『お茶の淹れ方教室』今日は３年生
小学３年生の『お茶の淹れ方教室』に行って来ました。 ４クラス、午前中いっぱい掛かりました。 会場は家庭科室を使わせて頂きます。 まずお湯を沸かし、茶器を整え子供たちを待ちます。 ３年生なので、内容は初歩的なもの。 知ってるお茶の名前を聞くと、 どのクラスでもまず出てくるのは「麦茶」と言う答えですが、 「麦茶」はお茶じゃないんだよ～というところからスタートです。

お茶の淹れ方教室
小学校に「お茶講座」に行って来ました。 対象は５年生３クラス。３時限。 高学年なので、内容も少し高度になります。 お湯の温度によって味の成分の溶け出し方が違うことを説明して、実際に舌でその違いを感じてもらいました。 お茶の美味しさを再発見してくれたようで、みんなとても良い笑顔を見せてくれます('▽') やり甲斐を感じる一瞬です。 普段、急須でお茶を淹れる事のない子供たちも楽しんで参加していました。
