Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of oyster mushrooms
- 30 skewers
- 3 large leeks
- 2 tbsp butter
- Spices:
- 4 cloves of garlic (puree)
- 3 cloves of onion (puree)
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp powdered broth
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2-3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil / melted butter
- Peanut sauce:
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 pieces of green cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tomato fruit (diced, seeded)
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Steps
Wash the mushrooms and cut the edges. shredded mushrooms but not too thin because it will be hard later when stabbed.
Boil mushrooms in moderate heat for about 2-3 minutes only until the mushrooms are weak. Drain.
Cut the onion leaf approximately 2 cm.
Make a spread: mix garlic and garlic, add salt, sugar, coriander powder, pepper, powdered broth, oil, and sweet soy sauce. Stir until well blended.
Wash off the skewer and dry with a cloth.
Pick mushrooms and spring onions alternately. Be careful when poking mushrooms because mushrooms are a bit slippery after boiling.
Burn it (I use grilled pan) with butter and let it melt. Burn yakitori that has been made, apply the spice that has been made in step 5. Turn each side approximately 5 minutes and apply spices again.
Raise the yakitori that is ripe. Arrange on the plate.
Make peanut seasoning: gerald cayenne pepper, add peanut butter and sweet soy sauce. Stir well. Add a tomato slice. If you like, add lime juice or lime juice. If you want to use mashed fried peanuts are also allowed.
