Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 eggs White grains
- 60 g Low protein flour
- 20 gr Maize starch
- 70 gr Sugar
- 4 tablespoons liquid milk
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Pasta
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Steps
Preheat oven 180 degree celcius.
Whisk the egg yolks with whisk until pale, put the liquid milk, strawberry paste and vanilla extract to stir well, put the flour and corned syrup, stir well, set aside.
Mixer egg whites and a little sugar until frothy sand, then enter the rest of the sugar, mixer until softpeak.
Put the egg whites shake into egg yolk gradually 3x with spatula.
Pour in a 20x20 / 22x22 baking sheet that has been baked with baking paper, baked until cooked.
Lift, remove from pan, wait cold then given the filling.
The above section is given a filling, then roll, so the outside is not skinned.
