Nilidgid is a native Filipino delicacy made of drained grated cassava, brown sugar and coconut milk, at times called bud-bud but there's another type made from glutenous rice frequently called as bud-bud or suman which made this type made from cassava referred to as nilidgid of how the cassava was produced. There's also another version of nilidgid made using the sweet potato.
