The Italian word for "abundance" has so much more zing than the English word, and this week our community was overflowing with an abundance of #plantbased content, but not just recipes this week. Life is a journey and a story, and I found examples of this within many of this week's posts.
I really had my work out cut for me this week, and it was so hard to select just a few to share with you all in this week's Plant Power Curation, but I forced myself to whittle things down, so I hope you enjoy the gems I found.

Carrots and beets are the main flavors, and I like seeing there is black salt in this recipe too. Black salt smells like farts, but when used in small amounts, it adds another dimension to certain dishes. The most common thing many people eat that usually contains black salt is tamarind chutney.
