Good day!
When it comes to dishes we have lots of simple and quick recipes but still very delicious and tasty. One of them is "meat in soy sauce", and one of the most popular varieties is "Chicken in Soy Sauce". Chicken in Soy Sauce is a very simple dish and it is also very quick to prepare and cook. I think it is one of the favorites here in our country.
In Chicken in Soy Sauce you only need one main ingredient and the rest are spices. In this case, the main ingredient is chicken and its main condiment is soy sauce that's all no more ingredients are needed but if you want to level this dish up you can add potato, sweet potato, tofu, or even string beans.
This dish can be cooked with moderate soup or with little soup. I and my husband prefer very little soup because the taste will be concentrated on the meat and on the soup. But this time I have to cook it with more soup because my son loves to eat soups. I also prefer this dish to make the soy sauce act as salt (most of the time I am not using salt on this dish, the soy sauce is enough).
Cooking time for this dish is about 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is tender, or until the soup is reduced.
