As I said in my First Post and Second Post from my First Visit, this is a Italian restaurant placed in Alicante town and is specialized in signature and market cuisine offering a good and elaborate tasting menu called Aliz for only β¬45/pp.
The chef and owner is a young Italian selftaught cook very passionate about worldwide cuisine.
On this occasion and after a month or so after my first visit, I decided to come again to try some new dishes they included in their tasting menu even though some snacks and main dishes were still the same than in the first visit.
They currently have a β4.7 rating on Google Maps and my personal rating was β5.
