Nuts with a combination of flour and eggs are known as egg nuts. The combination of peanuts, flour and eggs is given an aromatic leaf in the form of orange leaf pieces making this bean very delicious. It looks simple but these beans are perfect as a simple snack that can be prepared anytime and anywhere.
I found this recipe on social media some time ago and I intentionally prepared this as a dish for topled snacks in yesterday's holiday menu. Because the process is fast, I made quite a lot of this snack for my bookmark when coming home later.
So curious about the recipe, let's take a look at the preparation steps below!.
Ingredients Used
2 eggs
8 red chili peppers
5 cloves of garlic
5 orange leaves
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon mushroom broth
300 grams glutinous rice flour
50 grams rice flour
Cooking Procedure
Wash the peanuts and roast them in a large pan until the peanuts are evenly cooked, make sure to use low heat when roasting.
Prepare fine spices in the form of red chili and garlic cut into small pieces then add to the chopper.
Add sugar salt and also mushroom broth then add eggs and copper until perfectly smooth.
Finely chop the citrus leaves, then leave the bones of the leaves in the fruit first, making sure to cut them as finely as possible.
Add the spices that have been blended into the roasted peanuts earlier well make sure the peanuts are cold.
Add the flour a little at a time while stirring to make sure everything is crumbly then add the lime leaves and stir again.
Then fry until yellow brown. Now when just cooked, make sure to stir so that the beans do not stick to other beans.
Result
The kribo beans are ready to be enjoyed, the result is very crispy and crunchy. Anyone will definitely like it with the combination of flour layers combined perfectly with the dressing of mashed spices. The aroma of the orange leaves is very tempting for anyone who wants to enjoy it.
This recipe is truly perfect as an alternative snack to processed nuts. Besides being simple, it has a sweet, peda and savory taste with a crunchy texture that is not hard at all even though it is processed from sticky rice flour.
