This was my first attempt to make koulouria Thessalonikis, a tasty kind of bread you could call it, all covered in sesame.
I made my soft and squishy dough, shaped my koulouria and dipped them in a bowl full of sesame.
Now my baking tray is full and ready to go in the hot oven!
They have filled the house with a mouthwatering smell and I can't wait to taste them!
I just need to give them a couple of minutes to cool down and then... THEY ARE ALL MINE!!!
