Today I would like to share with you an idea to make Thai Basil Chicken , which is the most beloved Thai street food dish of all time.
🇹🇭 Pad means Stirred while Kraprow is to Thai Holy Basil and Gai refers to Chicken. 🍽
There are 3 types of basil used in Thai cuisine, which is Thai sweet basil that often just referred as Thai basil, lemon basil, and holy basil. The authentic recipe of Thai Basil chicken uses holy basil, not other basil.
I also used chicken liver for this recipe, and the strong fragrant flavor of Thai holy basil goes perfectly with it very well.
