How are you, Wishing you all a good morning dear friends. Today I brought you a recipe to make cutlet using beetroot.Really very tasty. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Two medium sized potatoes
- A medium sized beetroot
- Chopped green chillies
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped ginger
- Chopped b onions
- Chopped curry leaves
- A few sticks of cinnamon
- 5 cloves
- 3 cardamom pods
- teaspoon of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of pepper
- One and half teaspoon of salt powder
- Breadcrumbs
- Two tablespoons of wheat flour
- 200ml of oil
- An egg
- Two tablespoons of water
The method of making;
Boil potatoes and a beetroot.
Mash the potatoes.
Grate the boiled beetroot.Squeeze well and remove the water.
Grind cinnamon bark,cloves and cardamom.
Place the pan on the stove andadd a tablespoon of oil,when the oil heats up,add ginger,garlic,curry leaves, onion and ground mixture.
Now add chopped green chillies, pepper,chilli pieces and salt powder and mix well.
Now add the grated beetroot and mix,then stir it with the mashed potatoes.
To make the batter,put the flour in a bowl and add an egg to it. After that add half teaspoon of salt and add water little by little to make a normal thick mixture.
Now make small balls out of the mixture of beetroot and potato and put in the batterand then coat itin breadcrumbs and deep fry it well.
Really very tasty these cutlet. y changing ingredients added,the taste really increases. This is a good opperunity to serve yor guest of special occation.
