How are you, Good night to all my dear friends. Today is a very relaxing day for everyone. Weekend Sunday is a day when you/I all spend more time with family and loved ones.Almost all of us eat sausages. We know different ways to make sausages every day. You know how to make sausages by combining different things. I have mentioned it in my posts. Today I am bringing you a different recipe for making sausage that way. It's a bit strange to say that you can make sausage from eggs, isn't it?. But these egg sausages have a really different taste and a very pleasant taste. So let's see how to make it.
ingredients;
- Three eggs
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of pepper powder
- Two teaspoons of salt powder
- A cup of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A chopped green chili pod
- Three cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- A few finely chopped curry leaves
- Half a large onion cut into small pieces
- About one ripe tomato, chopped
- About one large chopped onion
- About two chopped green chilli pods
- Few curry leaves
- Two tablespoons of oil
The method of making;
First of all, add 3 eggs in a bowl and add chopped garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and big onion.
Now add one teaspoon of chilli pieces, one teaspoon of pepper powder and one teaspoon of salt powder.
Now stir the mixture well.
It would be great if you could find a cup as you can see in the picture to collect the scrambled eggs we made.
Add the prepared egg mixture to that cup.
We also need two yards of wax leaves as shown in this image. These two yards are enough for the mixture I made. You can get these wax leaves at any grocery store I think, one and a half inch slices.
Tie this wax sheet at one corner as shown in the picture.
Cut off after 6 inches of length.
Add a small amount of the prepared egg mixture inside this wax leaf. Leave enough space so that you can tie the end of it.
After tying both sides very well so that the egg mixture does not escape.
Now add one cup of water to a pot that can be placed on the stove and boil the water well.
Add these prepared egg mixtures to the boiling water.
Boil for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
After the boiled egg mixture cools well, keep it in the normal part of the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.
Then cut and remove the wax leaf.
I cut this into almost equal parts as the eggs should be taken with the sausage and in the same size.
Now put another pan on the stove and add a tablespoon of oil and add chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies.
Add turmeric powder and remaining salt powder.
After frying these launu mixture to medium size for about three minutes on low flame, add the chilli pieces.
After frying the onion mixture, put the mixture to one side of the pan and add the remaining oil.
Keep the flame at medium level and add the chopped egg sausages and fry till medium golden color.
Finally add the chopped tomatoes and stir fry the eggs with the sausage and onion mixture and remove from the heat.
Tried this egg sausage mix for the first time and it's really delicious and I think we can serve it especially for a special meal or a special party. Personally, all members of my family liked these egg sausages very much. Especially this egg sausage adds a different taste and a new taste.
