- A tablespoon of chilli powder
- A teaspoon of pepper
- A teaspoon of salt
- A tablespoon of cornflour
- A tablespoon of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of soya sauce
- A teaspoon of chilli sauce
The method of making;
Put the chicken in a bowl and add pepper powder, chili powder and salt powder. Add the tablespoon of cornflour and the crushed ginger. After that add a teaspoon of soya sauce.
Now add the egg and stir well.
Now put a pan on the stove and take the flame to normal levels and after the oil heats up, fry this chicken.
After frying until golden.
Fry the chicken and add two tablespoons of oil from the remaining oil to another pan. Add chopped garlic and after about a minute add green chillies and dry chillies.
Add fried chicken.
Add chili sauce and tomato sauce.
At the end, add half a teaspoon of soy sauce and stir.
