Now cook the mangoes for fifteen minutes keeping the heat on the stove in medium.
After about fifteen minutes, cook the curry well and when the water level in it is reduced, add sugar and remove it from the stove.
Actually raw mangoes are that sour. Because then after cooked the taste changes. Generally, we all like to eat mangoes when they are ripe. But we call this mango curry as aba malu. It is very tasty. This does not have a sour taste because sugar is added to it. Most of the time when we travel somewhere or go on a picnic, we give this mango fish with our meal. It tastes just as good.
