¡Saludos estimados amigos!, para hoy realicé una comida diferente, muy sana, fácil de hacer, nutritiva y sabrosa y son mis "Acelgas Salteadas". Una ensalada para acompañar las comidas o incluso comerla sola, ideal para una cena ligera. ¡Espero les guste!, y como siempre que tengan buen provecho.

- 1 paquete de acelgas, 1 ramita de cebollín, 1 ramita de ajo porro, 1 ramita de cilantro, 1 cucharadita de sal, 2 cucharadas de aceite.
- 1 packet of Swiss chard, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of garlic joint, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil.

- Cortar finamente los aliños.
- Finely chop the dressings.
- Calentar el sartén con el aceite y sofreír los aliños.
- Heat the pan with the oil and fry the seasonings.
- Cortar las acelgas en trozos medianos.
- Cut the chard into medium pieces.
- Agregar las acelgas al sofrito de aliños.
- Add the chard to the sauce stir-fry.
- Añadimos la sal.
- Add the salt.
- Remover y tapar por 5 minutos.
- Remove and cover for 5 minutes.
