- 1 coliflor de aproximadamente 200 gramos, 50 gramos de queso blanco, 1 huevo, 1 cucharada de pan rallado, 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta, 1/2 cucharadita de orégano, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 rallo de queso.
- 1 cauliflower of approximately 200 grams, 50 grams of white cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 cheese grate.

- En un tazón colocar el coliflor rallado al igual que el queso.
