¡Feliz tarde mis estimados amigos!. Nueva receta muy sabrosa para la cena, hoy hice una comida tradicional venezolana que a michos encanta y poco he visto en los restaurantes. "Hallaquitas de Maíz Molido."; Utilizando pocos ingredientes, pero con un gusto demasiado sabroso para acompañarlos con queso, carne, chorizo, etc. Espero les guste y disfruten de mi nueva receta.

- Mazorcas de maíz tierno, 1 huevo, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharada de azúcar, queso blanco rallado, 1 cucharada de suero.

- Con un cuchillo de buen filo cortamos el maíz.

- Colocar una cucharada de masa en el interior de la hoja y envolver.

- Amarrar con pabilo o tiritas de las misma hoja.

- Cocinar en una olla con agua caliente por 30 minutos.
