Happy Sunday friends! Today I want to show you this new, simple and very tasty recipe that I made for lunch. A combination of chicken and potato species that make it an unforgettable recipe on the palate. I recommend that you prepare this "Chicken Thigh with Potatoes and Spices". Enjoy your meal.
Ingredientes /Ingredients: 🍗
- 1 muslo de pollo, 2 papas, 3 ajíes dulces, 1 tómate, 1 ramita de cebollín, sal, orégano, romero, aceite.
- 1 chicken thigh, 2 potatoes, 3 sweet peppers, 1 drink, 1 sprig of chives, salt, oregano, rosemary, oil.
Preparación / Preparation: 🍲
- Lavar el muslo y rociar con la sal.
- Wash the thigh and sprinkle with the salt.
- Cubrimos con el orégano y romero.
- Cover with oregano and rosemary.
- Calentar el sartén con 1 cucharada de aceite y colocar el muslo a qué dore por ambos lados.
- Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and place the thigh to brown on both sides.
- Al dorar añadimos una taza de agua.
- When browning we add a cup of water.
- Cortamos los aliños finamente y las papas en rodajas.

- Añadimos los aliños y las papas al muslo y tapamos para que sude y se integren bien los sabores.
