¡Feliz domingo estimados amigos de #FoodiesBeeHive!; hoy les traigo una nueva receta ideal para las fiestas familiares, reuniones y los cumpleaños. Algo diferente para sorprender a los invitados un snack para compartir y disfrutar, utilicé pocos ingredientes pero lo suficiente para preparar esta deliciosa "Crema con maní y vegetales". Espero les guste, lo disfruten y lo hagan en familia.
Happy Sunday dear friends of #FoodiesBeeHive!; Today I bring you a new recipe that is ideal for family parties, reunions, and birthdays. Something different to surprise the guests, a snack to share and enjoy, I used few ingredients but enough to prepare this delicious "Cream with peanuts and vegetables". - 50 gramos de queso crema, 1/2 taza de mani salado picado , 1 ramita de cilantro, 1 ají dulce, 1 trocito de pepino, 1 trocito de pimentón rojo, 1 cucharada de miel.
- 50 grams of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of chopped salty peanuts, 1 sprig of cilantro, 1 sweet pepper, 1 piece of cucumber, 1 small piece of red pepper, 1 tablespoon of honey.

- Cortar finamente todos los aliños (pepino, cilantro, ají, pimentón).
- Finely chop all the dressings (cucumber, coriander, chili pepper, pepper).
- Unir todo lo anteriormente cortado con el queso crema.

- Mezclar muy bien para se integren los ingredientes.

- Extender un papel plástico y colocar el maní picado esparcido.
- Spread a plastic wrap and place the chopped peanuts scattered on it.
- Colocar la preparación sobre el maní en forma horizontal.

- Enrollar de manera que el maní cubra la parte exterior.
- Roll up so that the peanuts cover the outside.
- Presionar por los extremos y refrigerar por media hora.
- Press on the ends and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Quitar el plástico.

- Y cubrir con el maní.
- And cover with the peanuts.
