- 1 manojo de acelgas, 3 salchichas de su preferencia, 1 cebolla, 1 tomate, 1/2 pimentón, 1 ramito de cebollín, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 ají dulce,sal al gusto, condimento, aceite, 1 taza de agua.
- 1 bunch of chard, 3 sausages of your choice, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 sprig of chives, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 sweet pepper, salt to taste, seasoning, oil, 1 cup of water.

- Cortar finamente la cebolla, los ajos, ají dulce, cebollín, pimentón y tomates.
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, sweet pepper, chives, bell pepper and tomatoes.
- Cortamos en trocitos las salchichas.
- Cut the sausages into small pieces.
- Lavar y cortar en trozos las acelgas.
- Wash and cut the chard into pieces.
- En un sartén agregamos un chorrito de aceite añadimos los ajos, cebolla y cebollín.

- Añadimos el ají dulce, pimentón y tomates.

- Añadimos las salchichas y mezclamos.

- Agregamos 1 taza de agua y mezclamos, cocinamos por 10 min a fuego medio.

- Apagamos, dejamos reposar y servimos.
