First, boiled 1 pound beef ribs and 1 pound beef chuck with a little salt and onions for about an hour.
Cut up some vegetables to go with it... some green beans, eggplant, and mustard greens. Boiled in in broth. Set it aside.
Make the sauce. This is peanut butter and annatto seasoning. It's just to give that red/orange color.
Add the broth of the beef to the mixture to dissolve.
When the beef is tender, add the peanut mixture.
Stir to mix. Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
The broth has thicken already. This is cooked!
Lastly, add the cooled vegetables to the stew, and served hot with rice!
