I love to cook and to eat, day in and day out. And I would love to share with you the way I cook with vegetables, fruits, and fish and shellfish, along with meats, cheeses, eggs, and grains. It's a simple matrix! From season to season... the flavors and combinations are endless, and endlessly satisfying to me, and I hope they will be to you!
Ingredients: Pork rib and chicken (marinated in lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, pepper), onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, potatoes and carrots.
1. In a little oil fry the potatoes and carrots. Set it aside.
2. Sauté the onions and tomatoes well. After which add tomato paste, and stir in to cook for a minute.
3. Add the marinated pork ribs and chicken along with the marinade. Cook until it boils.
4. Add 1/2 cup of water then add back the fried potatoes and carrots. Cover and cook in medium heat until done, about 40 minutes.
5. Serve it hot with French bread or roll, or pasta, or steamed rice.
