My Team
For this battle, we have the featured rule set target Practice where magic and range monster will have the Snipe ability along with Up to Eleven that gives it Amplify under the condition that legendary monsters cannot be used due to Lost Legendaries. With this in consideration, my lineup was consist of:
Summoner: Obsidian - Gives +1 magic damage on all allied monsters.
1st Position: Arkemis The Bear - has protect that gives +2 armor on allied monsters and Forcefield that reduced attacks with more than 5 damage into one and can reduce the original damage of the target to half with halving.
2nd Position: Madcap Magus - with Scattershot, instead of attacking the nearest non- melee monster that is not in the first position, it will target random opponents each round and each damage it incur will allow it to gain more health with Life Leach while afflicting the target with Affliction that prevents the target to heal.
3rd Position: Hunter Jarx - Already has the Snipe but what made me use this card was its True Strike that makes all its attack to never miss the target.
4th Position: Goblin Tower - Has the Blast ability which inflicts damage on adjacent monsters so with Snipe, it can deal damage on up to 3 opponents each round.
5th Position: Goblin Psychic - restores the health of the tank monster with Tank Heal while at the same time, prevent its target from healing due to Affliction and it also have Silence which reduce the magic of all opponent monsters.
6th Position: Mycelic Slipspawn - The reason why I use Earth was because of this card which got the Taunt ability that forces monsters to attack this card so regardless of whether the opponent has Snipe or not, they will target this card and at the same time, it also has Forcefield that would reduce damage to 1 when its original damage was 5 or more.

Battle Recap
Here is a replay of the battle which at you can watch at Splinterlands.
Did your Strategy Work?
With Target Practice as one of the active ruleset, having a monster with Taunt can be essential cause it allows you to protect the rest of your Magic, Range or Non- Damage monsters which could have very low health and has no armor against Snipe attacks. My decision of putting Mycelic Slipspawn with its Taunt has ended to be a good choice because I was able to control where my opponent monsters will attack and this overall end with me winning my match.
That was it for this post. Thank you and see you at the next one.
