The other day, introduced a 2025 Tudor Beast coin. It reminded me to show the Tudor Beast I received in December 2024, especially because it hasn't been shown here at all. And in checking dealers' websites (Apmex, JMBullion, Monument Metals), it appears that they are all out of stock!
2025 British Silver Tudor Beasts: The Queen's Panther, 2 oz
On the obverse of the 2025 British Tudor Beasts The Queen’s Panther, you’ll find a portrait of King Charles III. This first-generation effigy, created in late 2022 by Martin Jennings, depicts the King in left-profile relief, without a crown. Source
The reverse of the 2025 2 oz Silver Tudor Beasts The Queen’s Panther Coin features the emblem shared by Jane Seymour and Henry VIII after their marriage. The design shows a spotted panther seated beside a shield with the combined arms of the royal couple. Source
Henry VIII's marital problems lead to a break with the Catholic Church and decades of conflict as England becomes a Protestant nation.1
Jane Seymour, wife number three, was the love of Henry VIII's life- although he married three more times after her. Jane gave him a son, which all Henry VIII's wives failed to do. When Henry VIII died a decade after Jane, it was with Jane that he was buried in Windsor Castle.
These are the other Royal Tudor Beasts:
This makes the Queen's Panther the 6th coin of the Tudor Beasts series. Just like the other coins of the series, the Queen's Panther contains 2 oz of .999 fine silver.
