Piece Of Junk
"Hey Jay, it happened", he called out to his friend.
"What happened?" Jay yelled back from his car
"My car. It's gone."
"No way!"
Mark stood there, stunned. Who would want to steal an old car that isn't worth anything? Jay’s words earlier echoed in his mind again. “Never say never.”

Better days ahead
It's been 5 months with Samuel, and his new development of calling me mom didn't fade, not one bit. It was always “Mommy, yummy, yummy!” Which means the food was delicious. Or "mommy, come sleep” or "mommy, school.” That's how he addressed me. And everyone got used to it, which was quite surprising.
And speaking of my boss, I heard he was coming the next day, which gave me a little time to prepare Samuel's mind to start calling me his nanny.

The Commissioning of the Milky Way with Andromeda
And so, humanity, always eager to demonstrate its mastery over the laws of the universe, decided to take matters into its own hands. Armed to the teeth with knowledge of physics and science, they created a monumental project (because, really, what else could they do?). The objective: to control, regulate, and ultimately manage the collision of the two galaxies. After all, if they managed to control the climate on their planets, migrate to other worlds and terraform them at will, and harness the energy of stars for sustenance, why not add the choreography of two galaxies to their list of achievements?

𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂
It was a round table game, so I and my siblings began playing, Gift was undoubtedly a guru in the board game, but I realised I had the potential to beat Daniela to it this time.
Surprisingly I began to play so well and they both paused for a moment. "Are you cheating? How come you're winning now?" Daniela asked in amazement.
"One cannot be a loser forever isn't it? I am not cheating but I am determined and focused..let's continue," I was so immersed in the game that I hardly batted an eyelid. "See how focused she is and you think she won't win you eh Daniela?" My eldest sister said laughing so hard.

Streamer, The Little Red Fox
The big wolf scuffed.
"You again!" he said baring his fangs.
"Don't do this!" Streamer shouted at him. "He has done nothing to you. Why do you wish to harm him?"
"We do not wish to harm him," the wolf said, "we wish to eat him."
"That's right! Eat him up good," shouted a smaller wolf at the back of the pack.
