Today we will prepare a light salad. It cooks quickly and is eaten very quickly. And there are a lot of benefits from such a salad. The salad is full of fiber and vitamins, as well as iron.
Let's start on a positive note!
To prepare this salad we only need three ingredients.
Carrots 2 pcs (large)
Apples 2 pcs (large)
Sugar 1 or 2 teaspoons
Tools:
Metal grater
Deep bowl
Fork
The first thing we will do. So let’s wash and peel our apples from peels and seeds. It seems to me that the easiest way is to peel apples. This is to cut them into four parts. And then just cut out the seeds and cut off the peel.

Now we need to wash and peel the carrots. I did this in advance and unfortunately I won’t be able to show it. But I think that this is not a difficult process. I'm sure you can handle it :) After the carrots are peeled, we need to grate them on a metal grater.
Now we need to grate the apples that we have already peeled and are waiting for their turn. And also take a couple of photos.
Now all we have to do is add sugar and stir everything well. And of course take a couple of good photos. Which can then be made the cover of this post.
