It's just that when I have cassava, I rarely have pusang at home so this snack always fails in my kitchen. However, since today all the ingredients are available at home, let me invite you to make this snack!

Prepare cassava that has been grated and squeezed out the water in a container, and divide it into 2 parts of the mixture.
Step 2

Step 3
Then stir the mixture until the color is mixed evenly and according to what you want. Now after the color is finished they look very beautiful in green and red.
Step 4
Then add vanilla powder to each cassava mixture, then add salt.
Step 5
Then add cornstarch and stir until evenly mixed.
Step 6
Prepare a whole banana then peel the banana skin. Here for this dough I used only 3 bananas.
Step 7
Then flatten the red dough, then the green dough next to it.
Step 8
Then add the rolled banana or glue the dough so that it sticks to the entire surface of the banana.
Step 9
Make sure the cassava mixture is not coated too thickly, so do this until all the mixture is used up and you're done.
Step 10
Next, steam the cassava banana in a heated pan, also steam the grated coconut. Steam for approximately 15 minutes until the cassava and banana are perfectly cooked.
Step 11
Once cooked, remove and roll the cassava banana in steamed grated coconut, then serve.
