Garlic curry is a very tasty curry. Let's see how to make garlic curry without much effort.
Ingredients;
- 100g of garlic
- A medium sized onion
- A piece of rampe
- A piece of cinnamon bark
- Two curry leaves
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric
- One and half teaspoons of curry powder
- One teaspoon of chili powder
- A teaspoon of salt
- A cup of melted Coconut milk
- Half cup of thick coconut
- A tablespoon of oil
The method of making;
Separate the cloves from the garlic and remove the skin.
Now wash and clean the garlic.
Cut the garlic into long slices.
Wash and clean the b onion and cut the green chilles into small pieces.
Garlic curry is delicious when made in a clay pot. So try for it. First of all keep the fire in a clay pot on low and add one table spoon of oil to it.
First of all add the piece of cinnamon to the pot. Then add chopped onion pieces and curry leaves and pandan leaves.
Saute for a minute on low flame and add turmeric powder.
Then add chilli powder and curry powder to it.
Stir and turn off the heat and then add the garlic.
Now stir everything well and add green chillies.
Add salt powder and a cup of melted Coconut milk.
Now cook on medium flame for about eight minutes.
When the coconut milk settles, add half a cup of coconut milk and cook again for three minutes on medium heat and remove from the stove.
This garlic curry is a very nutritious curry that cures many diseases. This garlic curry is really fragrant. The curry is very tasty and makes you feel hungry. You can eat this garlic curry with rice and bread and even with chapaathi.
