How are you, As usual, I wish my dear friends a good evening. The start of a busy week. We are all very busy I think. I am also very busy. So, in the midst of all these things, I came today with another very delicious recipe of the art that I love. A recipe we all know. Made differently.I made some soymeat for devil flavor and meat flavor. That's why it tastes so much better. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Soymeat 90 grams
- A cup of hot water
- Two tablespoons of meat curry powder
- Two tablespoons of chili powder
- A tablespoon of chili flakes
- Two teaspoons of salt powder
- 3/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
- A fish and chili pod
- A ripe tomato
- A large onion
- A teaspoon of chopped ginger
- One and half teaspoons of chopped garlic
- A teaspoon of soya sauce
- A tablespoon of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of sugar
- Two tablespoons of oil
The method of making;
Add soy meat to the bowl and add one cup of hot water to it. After that add a teaspoon of salt powder and stir.
Now cover with a lid and let it steam for about ten minutes.
Now you need to cut the big onions, a capsicum and tomatoes that have been washed well. Slice the onion pieces. Cut the capsicum o slices. Cut tomatoes into squares.
After ten minutes, squeeze the water out of the soymeat.
Now heat a pan and add oil. When the oil is hot, add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry for about thirty seconds until golden.
Now add chili powder and meat curry powder and while frying, the flame of the stove is very low.
Now add soya meat.
Stir and then cover with a lid and cook on very low flame for about four minutes.
Now add chopped onions, capsicum and tomatoes respectively and saute.
Now add pepper powder and chilli flakes and stir well with low flame.
Now add one tablespoon of tomato sauce, one teaspoon of tomato sauce, one teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of salt powder and stir and turn off the stove. After that keep it for about a minute and remove it from the heat.
In fact, I have personally enjoyed Soy Meat Devil and Soy Meat flavored dishes. But this soymeat made by combining the flavors and ingredients of both is very delicious. Smells right. And I think it goes well with lunch at home. Or even bread, rotti, this soymeat recipe fits best.
